This presentation will walk participants through the legislative process regarding the field of art therapy, teach them how to build relationships with their elected officials, as well as, how to capitalize on those relationships when needed.  Attendees will gain an understanding of advocacy do’s and don’ts, the best forms of contact, and critical timing of advocacy efforts.
